Election Information

Elections Around the World
This site is, to quote the Librarian's Index to the Internet, "A comprehensive resource on elections in every independent country and autonomous overseas dependency in the world. In addition to detailed information on each country and its political system, there is an up-to-date calendar of elections, upcoming and past (with results) back to 1990. This is the heart of maintainer Wilfried Derksen's Electoral Web Sites, which also includes a Worldwide Directory of Parties and Parliaments Around the World. Additionally there is an annotated list of links to several other political databases." To find all the election results available for a country, click on that country in the left panel. Then, look for the small hotlink under the little map that says Parties and Elections. The Political Resources link next to it will take you to a lot of good information as well.
