Spring 2005 class project: Do Catholic Universities teach Environmental Justice or Sustainability? These slides report research conducted by students in ENVS 160 during the spring of 2005 to investigate the degree to which sustainabilty and environmental justice are taught at US Catholic universities. The students in this same class investigated several SCU academic programs to explore the potential of incorporating more explicit discussions of sustainability in their courses.
