Ex-convicts, like other Americans,
deserve a chance to improve, a chance to be free. Unfortunately, ex-convicts
face discrimination of freedom after they have served their time to
society. One main problem they face is finding a job to support not
just themselves but also their family. Within this website, I plan to
introduce my research and my personal analysis on the difficulty ex-convicts
have in finding employment after their freedom. |
